3. Bookings

• Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment
• Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment
• Rescheduling must be done at least 2 hours in advance
• No-shows without prior notice will not be refunded

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, reports and analyses provided are for personal use only. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
